The Rain On Titan, an excerpt from The Empty City,

is up in the blog for New Sun Rising, the coming charity anthology for Japan’s Tohoku area, following the March 2011 earthquake that razed the region.

More than a year after the earthquake, the area is not rebuilt, and still needs assistance.
